Warmworks were very professional

Warmworks were very professional, informative and kept in touch throughout the whole installation from the engineers survey to product delivery everything went well. We were only let down when the sub contractor Valley Group didn't fit boiler correctly and we were left without heating and water on 4 occasions in very cold weather and it took the supervisor to come out and look at the boiler before problem was solved. This was disappointing as Warmworks had done a great job and this didn't leave us with much confidence in the new system

Replacement of old heating

Great service from start to finish. We were kept updated on the process from start to finish. Very happy with Warmworks service staff very helpful and friendly. RMG was very good installing the new heating system. Our house wasn't an easing one for them due to old warm air heating system to removed first. It was all finished in 2days.

Very impressed

Very impressed. Main thing about everythingbis that, sure, it was a bit disruptive having work going on in the house, but all the workers were sound about doing it. All of them explained what would be done and how it would affect us during installation, and what the results would be. Workers never once disappointed, were a sound bunch, all worked happily and were always appreciative of a coffee and a chat! The work that was done has had a major effect and has made for the first winter in such a long time we've not felt cold in the house whatsoever. The work has meant lower bills big time. Overall, seriously worrh the wee bitty hassle.

I found the people that I talked to…

I found the people that I talked to were very clear. I always knew when they would be arriving and what to expect. The fact that everything was explained helped me there wasn't any confusion or misunderstandings. The assessors at Warmworks were very friendly.
