I was concerned about buying second hand but came across this website and was amazed and delighted at the very positive reports. So I rang, spoke with Ryan, he advised the right machine for my needs so duly ordered. It came when it should totally hassle free. As I'm very untechnical Ryan said call back if any problems transferring info from desk top to lap top. I've not yet tried (as these sorts of things scare me so need lots of free time before I start) so hoping to crack on with this next week.
