Had a delay in transferring money out of Tandem account. Rang customer services which were helpful and reassuring. Money was tranfered the same day and Tandem credited me £25 for the delay and inconvenience.
Smooth closure & statement
The process of closing my account was straightforward and I had also received my closing statement within a couple of hours. This is very efficient so I would encourage Tandem to keep up the good work!

I received a email on my phone to say there was a cert of interest on a/c. I could not access as app on my Samsung tablet. The operator could not understand why App no longer compatible then we realised that a/c had been closed. She was very understanding
