shocking customer service from start to…

shocking customer service from start to finish. I have tried to cancel my application with a dealer used by tandem "auto zone barnsley" i cancelled my deal with them 3 weeks ago without even seeing the car. the dealer would not respond to me or send the money back to the finance lender. I contacted tandem for some help as i am well within my consumer rights to reject the vehicle. All the response i got from tandem was advising i need to get the funds back to them from the dealer. How i would do this when they are ignoring any of my emails. Had no help since the start and this is now starting to become a massive detriment to my mental health. a payment has tried to come out of my account and tandem are not helping. I have a few weeks left before i can take this to the ombudsman and i will make sure my experience is known to anyone looking to purchase through tandem or autozone uk.

They do not explain the interest rates honestly

The interest rates are not explained correctly and clearly when setting up a loan. Do not use this company they charge massive amounts of interest which is not explained. After paying £150 per month for 12 months we have paid off about £300 of the loan. We advised the company of our plan to pay back the loan early and they advised we would pay a small amount of interest per month for the period. Turns out it’s over £120 per month in interest alone.

Good Telephone Experience With Tracey

I had a problem with changing my bank account details and although I didn't manage to get through to the online chat, I did however manage to speak on the phone to a lovely lady called Tracey who was very patient and understanding and sorted it all out for me and I am very pleased.

I was with Tandem for just over a year…

I was with Tandem for just over a year and they are an example of exactly how a bank should treat it's customers. Perfect in every way! At the initial opening of my account,a great interest rate was offered, however over time, I decided to leave to pursue a better interest rate. They were quick to send me my funds and close my account, which was brilliant. Thank you Tandem, maybe one day in the future, I'll be back again.
