Fantastic company to deal with. I had a car on finance with this company and unfortunately the car was written off in an accident. I had never had a car on fiance and had no idea what would happen next. Tandem made it so easy, every single person I spoke to was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very understanding. No matter how many (probably stupid) questions I asked, everyone took their time to explain the process to me. I managed to settle the payment early with the help of Gareth from the Cardiff branch, massive thank you to everyone at Tandem.

Really pleased with Tandem banking app and savings rate offered. Easy to use and uses facial id on iPhone. Been with them quite a while now, never any problems

Tandem is an excellent Bank,only recently left because of lowering of interest,but always felt my money was in safe hands, customer service is very good,, recommended!
