I was very satisfied with the product which I had ordered from your company. The price was also great. We received the part quickly. The butterfly valve was very durable and fit perfect.

Worst experience i have ever had. My lift came in damaged. Had scratches and dents everywhere. Called tool lot to open a case with all the pictures. They said they'll get back to me the next day. I actually waited a few days before calling back, and they said someone closed the case. They apologized and opened it back up. Now i waited a week before calling back, and they said they would refund me some money back for the damage. I told them to put it in writing because by this time I'm pissed. They lied and said that they sent me an email while i was still on the phone with them. I told them I'm not hanging up until i see the email. They kept lying and said they sent it again. We waited 20mins after they said they sent it 5 times and still nothing on the email. These people lie their way to extend the time and make you give up. Now i call back again to try and talk to the manager. They said that the manager doesn't talk on the phone. What good is a manager if they dont talk on the phone? Thats bull! Now they tell me they need to reopen the case again. They keep closing the case for no reason. Its been 2 months now and i cant get a replacement or a refund for anything. Please don't buy anything from these people. They will not stand by anything they sell and lie until you give up. Big time scammers.

I cancelled my order, there were problems with delivery that could not be resolved as agreed at the time of purchase. I became concerned about the customer service of the company I was about to make a major purchase. If there was this much hassle with delivery, what could I expect with support after delivery. My concern was elevated when the credit card was charged before product shipped. The order was cancelled before shipped, I have not been able to get a cancellation confirmation or the money returned to my credit card. It been 20 days since the company charged my credit card. All I can say is buyer beware, If customer service is important look else-ware for your business needs. I have been unsuccessful with the cooperation from the salesmen or their customer service. I had to go to the credit card provider to file a complaint regarding the lack of response to return my money. Again BUYER BEWARE LOOK ELSE WARE FOR YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS.

I never recieved my purchase. I disputed the charge because I never got it but this company swears that I did. Don't buy anything from them, not reputable.

I got a very nice product for the best price. Shipping was fast a it came un-damaged. I'll be putting into service this weekend. I hope it cleans up my air supply for a flawless paint job.
