Xcellent service

A slow start with numerous problems with the online portal which he eventually abandoned. No direct phone contact allowed with the solicitor. However she did respond promptly to emails. Expect to chase to get things moving but all in all we were satisfied with the service we received once we were in contact with the solicitor and contracts were exchanged and completed in good time.

Absolutely appalling service. Rates as one of the poorest customer service standards ive ever experienced. The company dont provide updates or respond to legitimate questions and when they do,they provide false and misleading information. When i called today to get some assurances they told me that they do not have control of the process and was unable to give me any assurances as to next steps or potential timescales. So unless you want a law firm that openly say and argue that they do not have control of the process, doesnt provide updates and are not able to give clients any assurances, i would not recommend. I stated that i didnt want to make a complaint nor did i want to move to another provider but if they didnt have control and couldnt provide me with any assurances then that left me with little choice, but they didnt seem to care and said 'Ok, Goodbye' . I shall be making a formal complaint.

I recently used My Law Matters for a sale and purchase of properties and they were extremely efficient in getting both done. It was quicker and easier than I thought it would be.
