Mixed experience to start with due to changes from Cormacs Solicitor's to My Law Matters for conveyancing paperwork was disappearing into a black hole also paperwork being requested twice sometimes more but once we were transferred to Michelle Dunleavy (Cormacs) and Arsh Bilku (My Law Matters) things started to move we were kept updated of all developments as they happened they were excellent and at a very stressful time were a great support to us on a very human level. The property completion was well executed and on time before my buyer’s stamp duty relief cut off date . I was unsure what value the ‘Portal ‘ had as there never seemed to be any updated information on it . But overall very satisfied .
