Need to Treat Customers Better at Pickup Facility

Wait periods are exceptionally long at some vendors. And some waiting areas are co-mingled with warehouse operations with frequently changing boundaries resulting in shooing of waiting customers to make way for forklifts or other transportation platforms. Outside parking is usually deficient and not well managed as employees getting there before opening park in close-in sites needed by customers loading their wares. Customer seating is deficient in nearly all vendor waiting areas. Customers are treated like day laborers waiting for casual employment at a Home Depot parking lot. There should be protected and managed loading docks for customers with extensive materials that other customers making just a few pickups should be prevented from using. It is extremely irritating to watch someone with one item park near an entry door while another customer with an overloaded cart must navigate that cart to a distant part of the parking lot.

Very quick and helpful during the pick up phase of the auction. The gentleman who was there to oversee it was great. Will definitely look to use Auction Nation again if they are in our area.

This would be my second review on here

This would be my second review on here. And if I could or if it was allowed to do minus Stars that's where I would be right now but I'm just giving it a one. I've had several bad experiences. One of the most frequent ones is pictures and description and or title don't seem to match. I bet on an item and the description said the dumbbells 88.8 pounds worth picture and description was of 88.8 lbs. I get to pick up the item it's in a box I have someone with me they help me load it in the back of my truck. Long behold I get home I open up the box and it's not even 20 lb for the weights. So I went back and said something. And all they wanted to do is give me 15% refund so a quarter of the weight the dumbbells were supposed to have and they're only wanting to take 15% off. This must have not been enough of a deterrent because until they got rid of the multiple items as they do sell like this. They still listed it this way. Well the next time instead of dumbbells came up. I was a little more careful. I've learned to take the picture find it on Amazon Walmart or the internet see what the actual retail price is. To know what I'm bidding on a little better so I do my homework. Then I come to find out the last set they do sell the dumbbells individually or in a pair well they had the retail price as a pair price on the internet. When I get there it's only one dumbbell so it's misleading and false representation often. So I asked for a refund and they were okay on telling me they're giving me a refund but I've yet to see it on my bank statements any of them. Then there was buying a cell phone actually it was two cell phones. And they took the backs off them and show that there's guts in the cell phone. What they didn't tell you is there's no battery and there's no back on them. So that was another $35 that I didn't get refunded. Now tonight I ran into this situation. They allow you to put a bid in on item sometimes somebody else's put a Max bid on and if you really want the item you beat their Max bid. Well tonight I put a Max bid on something. From my initial bid and I'm watching my winning indication go up and up and up and up in price not quite yet to my Max price. So if I wanted to win the item you could put a Max bid on there and then someone would have to beat it. Correct wouldn't that be what you would think? Nope that's not how they do it they let people chip away at it until all your max bid money is gone or just shy of it so it's a way of getting your money for a max bid instead of somebody actually beating it like it should be. So if you put a Max bid in there high enough to try to deter anybody from bidding on it. They just eat away at the money nobody actually has to beat your max bid multiple people can take stabs at it which is wrong if somebody wants it they should have to outbid what I was willing to pay for it. Two ways to look at it one is deterrent for others so they have to bid higher or in the case that's happening to me they're just chipping away at my money and there's no proof that other people have been bidding on it. I think it's them chipping away at the money that I said I was going to pay for if somebody didn't beat my bid. So bitters beware! Not only they don't let you review the items. Like go in and look at them and see if that's what you want to bid on. Kind of give you an idea of whether or not it's worth bidding on that item because they hide it and label it incorrectly. I think it's just set up to be a scam. Not to mention that when the people AKA independent sellers buy a pallet of items at or from Amazon home Depot Target whatever national chain supplier they more than make their money back so you think that they'd want to be honorable because they're making a ton of money a pallet that might cost them $1,200 or more in some cases that they make thousands and thousands of dollars on the way they do it is wrong they label anything and everything is crappy as it can be in some cases. And don't care what you get or that they're selling a good item with good intent. So I'm probably not going to be using the site anymore. They don't value their customers they'd rather cheat them con them and hope that they get away with it. They've had lawsuits before sounds like they're about ready to get another one. I do have a few problems with the items that they post to sell in the way that they do it. Sometimes yes you do get a great deal. When the picture is correct when the item is described correctly. And yes sometimes they say there's something wrong. In the state as is. A preview of the items in person would stop a lot of this misrepid sensation and fraud. I'm not happy very disgruntled now buyer.
