I love auction nation

I love auction nation. They are very professional in all the places I pick things up. Just wish they had a place to pick up here in Taylor Az. I have to drive 3 hours to pick up my stuff. So I only buy when I’m going to be down in Phoenix.

Hello i purchas 6 lot in oxnard ca warehouse i did not go for inspection i bid on photo on line bidding so i st art bidding for each lot for resell pictures shown big pictures large enough so when i got to warehouse for pickup i pay for my stuff after the worker from auction nation show me eash lot it was so Small sizes i was so disappointed i ask for refund but the worker said sorry all lot belong to you no refund so i can not resell it i lost my money so i decided to share my story to other i bought i lot of inventory from nation auction before

inspect your item

i won, transaction is smooth except i did not inspect the item i won. it was defective. you must inspect the item before it leaves the facility. emailed them and they mentioned since it has left the facility, there was nothing they can do. so i got two defective items

I have spent thousands upon thousands…

I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars per month with this company. I had a problem picking up one item that I only paid $50 for, no big deal right…. But when I called customer service told him the situation where I requested one extra day to pick it up person that answered the phone said no problem takes normally two days to put stuff back you’ll be fine. So I went to pick up my item they refused to give it to me said I was too late. OK so I excepted the situation. I thought that was awful little of them considering how much I spent there. But then I look at my invoices and I see they show that I picked it up which is a lie. Now I consider it being stolen, and then they lied to me. I emailed customer service. 1 question my honesty 2 they question my respect.3 Would not resolve the situation whatsoever or in anyway 4 I had the gall to tell me they don’t understand why I am upset. 5 now they terminated my account. Now I have no idea if my credit card number is just floating around

Item Stolen by other buyer

The auction part was excellent. My problem was picking up my item. When I arrived the auction company Local Liquidators allowed other buyers to use the item I had bid on and won. One of the other buyer’s stole my item and to date I have not been refunded my money or been given the name of the buyer that stole the item. The item was a 3-N-1 hand cart and I paid $110.00.

Bid on tv's that where advertised as…

Bid on tv's that where advertised as 43" but after winning bid on 1 of the tv's. They all but 1 was a 43" all the others where a 32" Been a week since reporting it and was told I'll get a partial refund. Still waiting for refund.
