They made it easy to bid and via email was well informed and was able to change my bid resulting in winning the merchandise I was bidding on. But upon opening it discovered it had been broken still works just pieces broken off the only reason for 3 stars I feel I should have been made aware or the damage prior to bidding...will still continue to use them in the future though
