Sent email on how to get product. Never received email back and now I'm out my money😥

I love this auction. I do hate that they don't do more shipping. Especially when there is a one day pick up

Requests for website improvement 1) when looking at bids and favorites, show the auction site or number. I know you can filter by auction drop-down, which is good but not as useful since there are so many. 2) I use multiple credit cards for multiple businesses. The site often picks a card and pays it before I get a chance to, especially if buying from many auctions at once. It should ask me and give me a chance to pick, asking would address any issues around timeliness. I get an email when I get out-bidded, I would like an email when it is time to pay and I can click on it to go and select the card. Or just let me know with no link. This creates problems for one account I own which has rules on what you can buy. 3) Search - I would like to be able to search for all auctions just in AZ or better select which options I can search for. This could be a saved search. Now I can only search for something in ALL actions or search for something in a single option.

The rep at the Camarillo CA was not helpful at all. very disappointing....

Auction Nation uses their deceptive "shipping on small items available" to entice buyers, then they charge your credit card and inform you "items were not shipped because of failure to submit X, Y, Z." They then RELIST the items, sell them again, and will NOT refund you for the items. Auction Nation WAS, in the past, a very reliable and honest site, they worked with you on shipping, and many items they loose before shipping were refunded graciously.....NOW they are terrible, dishonest, and totally unwilling to assist a customer to work out getting what was actually bought....DO NOT use Auction Nation, YOU WILL REGRET IT ! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

They are no honest people, they have people in they own to out bit you so they make reach you MAX bit!!

Product was missing the power cord and when I tried to return it I was told that it was considered an "accessory" and I was unable to return it.

Very easy to navigate, and the staff are friendly.
