I am trying to return items to Navabi but am just coming up against problem after problem. Navabi customer services are absolutely useless. I have returned 3 different parcels with only one getting to Navabi and even then, the company have refunded the incorrect amount. The parcels have now been returned twice saying that Navabi are not supplying me with the relevant paperwork. I am following the instructions from Navabi accurately. I don't know why I am getting caught up in an issue between DHL and Navabi. All I want to do is send the goods back and get my refund of nearly 900 pounds. This is really poor customer service and is making me extremely anxious. I have been trying to do this since July of this year and I am becoming so distressed especially with Navabi not responding now. After reading all the reviews on here, I see I am not the only person in this position. Navabi, please take some responsibility. I know that the rules have changed since Brexit but providing good customer service isn't new. Phyllis Kelly

I used to use Navabi quite a lot and liked their clothes and the fact they were slightly different than the usual high street bits. Now, you have to order over £200 to get shipping to the UK - which I managed to do however the quality has deteriorated dramatically and most of the clothes have to be returned. What used to be a very simple process is now ridiculous. My parcel was collected by DHL (that part was easy to organise) on 3rd October. My parcel is still with DHL as they need some more information from Navabi and have been trying to get a reply from them for 2 weeks! Therefore I now have no clothes and no refund and no way of getting intouch with Navabi to resolve it as they are now ignoring my emails. Avoid at all costs!

Habe bisher gerne bei navabi bestellt, soweit lief auch alles problemlos. Nun erhalte ich aber Mahnungen für Ware , die nachweislich sofort nach Erhalt von mir bezahlt wurde. Zur Klärung des Sachverhaltes habe mich per Mail an ratepay und im Cc an Info navabi gewandt; die entsprechenden Belege angehängt. Von ratepay erhielt ich gar keine Antwort, navabi Info verwies mich an ratepay, was für eine Farce. Was für ein Umgang mit Kunden ! Ratepay schickte inzwischen eine neuerliche Mahnung. Zum Glück verfüge ich über eine Rechtsschutzversicherung, so dass ich die Sache einem Anwalt übergeben werde, aber trotzdem nervig. Ich werde bei Navabi nicht mehr kaufen und mich wieder dem stationären Handel zuwenden.

I would'nt usually leave a reveiw,but there are so many negative ones here that I feel I should. I have only just found this company and like the different fashions they offer, yes the £200 per order is annoying but I soon reached that! I think the trouble is the returning, and after reading on here I dreaded it. I emailed them for full step-by-step instructions,I had a reply the next day. DHL arrived same day to collect, but refused the parcel queryiny the paperwork. Emailed navabi, quick response! and insisted to driver that the paperwork was correct. It was delivered to Germany the next day, and refunded to me the day after. Very happy with my items and service! Thank you

Ich bin sehr begeistert! Habe soooo super Qualität gekauft, alles war so sehr reduziert, dass man kaufen musste!! Ich war überwältigt von der Qualität! Ich werde Kunde bleiben! Die Bestellung lief so gut ab, sehr freundlich, mehr geht nicht!! Schnelle Lieferung und liebevolle Verpackung!!DANKE an Navabi!! Übrigens, die Größentabellen stimmen genau!! Ist auch nicht oft der Fall.

Dies ist keine Bewertung im herkömmlichen Sinn, ich möchte nur einmal sagen und wünschen das Navabi wieder zur "alten Form" zurück kommt. Ich hatte Ende 2019/Anfang 2020 meine Erlebnisse, es war wirklich so eine grottenschlechte Abwicklung von Rücksendung und vor allem von meiner Zahlung, pünktlichen Zahlung, wohlgemerkt. Schlimmer geht nimmer. 3 Rechnungen zusammen gefasst, mit allen richtigen und notwendigen Angaben, es war nicht möglich dieses zuzuordnen. Dann Mahnung über Mahnung, viele icht gerechtfertigte Gebühren, ich habe es zum Anwalt gegeben, da hat Navabi dann eingelenkt und es ging. Werfen Sie diesen Zahlungsdienstleister raus ! Auch die Antworten die hier von Navabi gegeben werden sind wirklich frech und dreist. Schuld ist IMMER auf jeden Fall der Kunde. Das man vieleicht seitens Navabi etwas anders und besser machen könnte....................... naja ! Vieleicht wird es nun besser wo scheinbar die alten GF's raus sind. Ich hoffe es sehr. Nichts genaues weiß man nicht. Ich habe viele schöne Sachen von Navabi, denke oft wie toll der Einkauf dort mal war. Aber so ? Ich nicht mehr. Ich hoffe Navabi beherzigt irgendwann mal wieder die Geschichte "der Kunde ist König"!

i have used this company for a long time ordering through the UK site and delivering to the UK after BREXIT I started using the German site and delivering to Greece where i live .SINCE DOING THIS THE SERVICE HAS BEEN SO UNRELIABLE I place an order 17th 8 which was charged and apparently returned by DHL as it was damage . I was told my card would be reimbersed and to reorder ,No communication from Navabi to inform me .I reordered 26,8 21 in good faith and again the same but am unable to speak to anyone have sent emails and no reimbursements to my bank account

Ich habe kürzlich bei Navabi bestellt und bin jetzt durch Zufall auf diese Bewertungen gestoßen. Diese schlechten Bewertungen sind für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar! Der Versand war sehr schnell, alle Teile kamen vollständig, sauber und gut verpackt an. Ich habe ca. 15 Teile bestellt und alle behalten, weil die Passform und die Qualität absolut stimmen - ich bin sehr zufrieden! Ich bin gelernte Modeschneiderin und kann das daher gut beurteilen.
