DO NOT SIGN UP! They are complete fraud!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP! I deeply regret using The Bunch Ltd in my previous property. While signing up was effortless, cancelling their service has been a nightmare—nearly five months after moving out, I am still dealing with them. Their lack of transparency in billing causes unnecessary confusion and leads to massive overcharges. Midway through my contract, they switched to a different supplier without my consent, effectively renewing my contract. When I attempted to end their service in September 2024, they forced me to pay a £210 early termination fee. Wanting to be done with them, I paid, hoping they would stop taking money from my account. I also requested a refund for my overpayments, as my usage was consistently lower according to their own statements. However, last month, I received a final bill of £718.22, which was completely unjustified. Despite charging me an early termination fee, they still billed me for a period after I had moved out. On top of that, they charged over £1k+ for water alone in a year and refused to provide a breakdown. To make matters worse, despite being responsible for paying the water supplier, they failed to cover certain periods, and I have now received another bill directly from the water supplier. This means I am effectively being charged twice for the same service. Worst of all, they retained my card details without my consent and took the money while the bill was still in dispute. This company preys on students who may lack knowledge of billing, legal rights, and dispute processes. I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman and any other relevant authorities. Avoid at all costs!!!
