Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Run from these company guys! Their prices are the highest with no justification. I wanted to change to Octopus energy but they keep declining. I asked them to end my contract that a team would contact me in 72 hours. It’s more than two weeks now nothing from them. The customer care don’t seem to know when I’ll be contacted or end my contract with them. I am surely taking legal action because this has affected my mental health greatly

Very bad experience

I initially accepted my energy provider’s offer for a free smart meter installation, hoping it would improve efficiency. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from positive. After the meter was installed, I immediately noticed issues with my water heater and heating system — neither is working properly. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, I’ve been passed around, being asked to send videos and pictures of the problem, yet no concrete solution has been offered. What is particularly concerning is the lack of urgency and professionalism. As a result, my little daughter has fallen ill due to the cold, and I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided. A professional was supposed to handle the job, but this situation suggests otherwise. I feel let down by the company and will be seeking compensation for this poor experience. I hope they take immediate action to correct the issue and address the impact this has had on my family’s wellbeing.
