For a flat of 6 people - the bill for one year for Gas, Electric, Water and Broadband came to £9382.57 - this company is an absolute disgrace - they are robbing people - they telephone with one price and then deliver another price - they should be banned from selling utilities.

Had an associate by the name of Jim, they need to replicate that man, top tier service, all questions answered with knowledgeable and quick responses and most importantly professional

Jordan was very empathetic and efficient when helping me solve my issue with the Bunch. I was wrongly charged for a household that I had left. Jordan helped me get a refund and sent a follow up message on the following day to confirm that he checked with his team and reassured me that all was solved so this issue won't happen again.

Jordan was very clear giving all the instructions and very patient and comprehensive trying to find the best solution for the issue.

I had an issue today and Amelie was unbelievable! Definitely went above and beyond to help me today. She has been absolutely wonderful. She definitely deserves recognition for this! Should be more people like this!
