Can’t tell if they’re deceitful or wholly incompetent. 1) During the first few months of move in, I continued to receive letters from the water bill company, despite Bunch charging us to pay them on our behalf. They weren’t paying them- I had to remind them- this is not my job and could have ruined my credit rating. 2) After the first year, I stupidly decided to renew. They increased my monthly bill by 40%, which from an already extortionate bill was high. Their excuse was that I was charged an error fare for the first year, and they had to ‘make it up’. Whose fault is that!? You pick these companies, and pay a margin for ease and convenience, but if they’re prone to such errors- what is the point? Unless there are no errors, and they simply want your cash- who knows? 3) Due to personal circumstances, I had to vacate my flat by the end of the month. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a call by the cancellation team to finalise how much I’ll have to pay to leave the contract. I’ve had the same chat with the customer service team for 7 weeks now whereby they promise a call from the cancellation team, which never happens. Staggeringly (or worryingly), I was told 3 weeks ago that I was ‘number 3’ in the cancellation queue. Yesterday I was told I wasn’t in the queue. If my exit fees are extortionate, I will be taking them to court. Apart from that, they are disgusting with their customer service and I would urge you all to simply procure your own energy providers

Super friendly staff

Super friendly staff Spoke to Jim who sorted out my new fixed rate for next year. Super simple to sort, they explained everything so it was easy to understand. The whole call only took about 15 minutes.
