Extremely Hard To Get Hold Of
Extremely hard to get hold of, had issues all throughout my experience with bunch. Including them not actually setting up my electric etc at start of tenancy (I gave 2 weeks notice and actually paid first month to them and still did not activate in time). This led to multiple letters from other providers asking for money. I’m now approaching my end of tenancy and can’t seem to get anyone to answer their phones or emails, using the chat bot it gave me a generic response when asked to help find my ISP details. Which is not present on the portal they guided me too. Overall would not recommend to anyone, not worth the stress trying to chase this company to do the basic thing they offer.
The Bunch: Overpaying and Slow Refunds
Despite overpaying and cancelling my contract, they refuse to refund my money. Filed a complaint on 30/7/24, but they've only acknowledged it and blamed a computer glitch. I've had previous complaints too where the bunch have denied cancelling a contract during the 'switching window'. They eventually relented however I had to produce information from OfGem before they did so. The only smooth dealings I've had with The Bunch is when I've been paying them money - funny that. A warning to anyone thinking of moving to the bunch, based on my experience - Avoid this unreliable energy supplier. Update: Thanks for your prompt reply. It's a shame you can reply within hours via TrustPilot but have ignored emails for weeks on end. Despite your trust pilot update stating I would receive a final bill shortly, I'm yet to receive this. I have received an email stating you'll be sending the bill through shortly... however these two things aren't the same and I am still yet to be updated on how much of MY money you are continuing to hold and I am due to be refunded (6 weeks later).

Me and my flatmates changed over to Bunch after I had a few chats with Chloe and she was really lovely and helpful. She explained everything and was really efficient with calling me back and checking in, making the process really easy
