Completely useless customer service

Completely useless customer service. I am currently being charged for services I am not using and I’ve been trying to be in touch with them for the past month without any success. Also they charged 40£ extra on my latest bill, with a double water bill.

I don't want to give even a single star…

I don't want to give even a single star but guess I cannot write review without that. This company is fraud company breached the contract itself, started charging £388 a month and now they want £ 876 a month, I have not used energy during summer. It's a fraud company. Keep changing monthly payment when I had a fixed contract with the company for 12 months, £ 176 to £ 230 to £ 388 and now £876 a month. Is there anyone out there who can bring this company to court and some kind of a justice.

Do not use - stolen around £1000!

We were originally impressed with the bunch, however since the contract ended we have had issues. The package we were on meant that we would be refunded for any electricity or gas that we have not used. We were first told this would happen within a month of the contract ending - nothing. I was then told to wait 2 months - still nothing. Then 3 months - still received nothing. I just called up the day of writing this review and was told theres a delay and they are not able to give a timeframe on how long it will take - the customer support agent didn't even bother taking my name or checking the individual case. I recommend not to use the bunch - it seems like they have gone very downhill recently. Following this, I have used split the bills this academic year and they have been incredible. We are owed, as a house collectively around £1000.
