The Bunch Customer/Sales Advisors Review
My overall experience with The Bunch over the past couple years could have been better (this is not a review of the company as a whole, but of two advisors I spoke with), however, my experience with advisors Meg and Kenny was amazing. They were both extremely helpful, kind and patient and worked hard for as long as it took to resolve any issues or answer any queries I had with the utmost professionalism and understanding. Avoid This Company At All Costs
Was stuck with this company for a year and one issue after another we finally had finally finished contract. After 3 months of finishing our contract and multiple phone calls that discussed our "under usage" and incoming refund which they had to delay due to system issues. We randomly after NO contact for months receive a bill of thousands £££... The support line is almost always a 15-30 minute queue and often leads no where, the initial support are lovely but take all of hits for the greedy management that try to take advantage of most unsuspecting students by making up fake numbers. They are trying to make as much extra money as they can, they are even trying to hide an additional charge on my account (Just mine) to get back £26 that they refunded me due to billing me outside of our contract. They include this in the overage bill which proves either system faults or someone editing the invoices. As of right now the emails and contact is still limited and useless and so further steps are being taking my end.
