Fraudulent company with the worst customer service
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A bill consolidation company that only managed one single electricity bill for me, charged me an admin fee, but it was still me who had to manage everything with the electricity provider. Make that make sense. They charged me double the amount of my electricity consumption each month, and now when I have finally ended my contract with them, it’s been 4 months and they haven’t refunded a single penny (where they should be refunding over £1000). I have been calling them for the past 2 months and they always “promise” that i’ll receive my refund in the next couple of days. What a joke. And for the past couple of days they haven’t even been answering my calls, i’ve been holding for over an hour, with no luck. Sent multiple emails but no response to that either. Going to have to go through the whole process/stress of taking legal actions against this fraudulent company, just so I can get my hard earned money back. Disgusting.
Stealing money
After we finished our contract, we were charged for another month of bills. After calling up they apologised and said the error had been fixed and we soon got a refund. The next month rolls around and we are charged again and are assured that this will be the end of the issue. We are now three months past the end of the contract and have just been charged again! Awful organisation
Shocking - never ever sign up to the bunch
BIGGEST SCAM They completely take advantage of young students who are clueless about bills. Their rates are extortionately priced (X5 more than you should be paying) and their allowance is tiny. They trap you in by requesting HUGE fees in order to leave the contract. Not to mention all of the random additional costs they through in even though they cannot fully explain why. They also make it impossible to check exactly how much energy you are using as their portal is so bad and unclear. They said they would install a smart meter and then never did. Whatever you do, just do not sign up with the bunch.

Yasmine was an absolute G!
Yasmine was an absolute G! A lot of confusion happened on Bunch’s end with our house bills contracts being cancelled when it shouldn’t have been and we were so worried our bills wouldn’t be sorted as our move in day was today! But no, Yasmine sorted it out like it was nothing. No hassle, none of that. She when through all the emails and phone calls I had with the other people on the team, she found the error and she fixed it. Give the girl a god damn raise or something. If not then she can have this instead: 💰💵💸.

AVOID - Misleading offer of free energy for 1 month hasn’t materialised and no one is answering emails.
Such a good experience last year, decided to give them another go. However it appears their offer of first full month of energy free was a con. Once signed up they’ve said it will be full price. Emails go unanswered. Live chat says they’ll email back and they don’t. Live chat also says they’ll investigate then nothing. Not acceptable when dealing with students. Next stop trading standards.
