Bills aren’t being paid despite paying the bunch

I have gotten multiple emails from Thames water and my energy company saying my bills aren’t being paid, despite me paying the bunch every month. It feels like my bills are not being paid despite paying the bunch regularly.

K joined them last year and in a year for a 1 bedroom flat they have charged me over 3000 pounds for a home that I'm rarely in as work too jobs!! When questioned I get barely no answers just riddles they are the biggest scammers AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!! this has caused my anxiety to reach maximum and has made me very ill

Unreliable customer service, contacted energy company without permission

I was set up with The Bunch through Just Move In (another service I am now disappointed with). I wanted to cancel my Bunch account as my bills were already set up by my landlord. I tried calling The Bunch twice to cancel my account (last week and today), they still haven't done it. On the last call I asked for email confirmation of this call, they agreed, but they have not send me anything. In the meantime, they contacted British Gas without my permission and told them I will be switching to TruEnergy, again, without my permission. I never wanted to switch to TruEnergy, in fact, I never finished setting up my account with the Bunch and never gave them the signed permission to contact companies on my behalf. This has caused me massive issues with British Gas, leading to the wrongful cancellation of my contract and having no gas or electricity because of that. In the middle of February. For anyone reading this, do not use any companies that contact others on your behalf. It is far easier to just set up all the accounts yourself rather than having to call companies like The Bunch just for them to mess everything up.

I had a terrible experience using Bunch…

I had a terrible experience using Bunch to manage WiFi and utility bills during my previous tenancy. From the start, things went wrong—my housemates and I ordered a WiFi router before moving in, only to be told after we arrived that it was out of stock. This left us without internet for weeks during our final year of university, which was incredibly frustrating. When we moved out, we were owed a refund for overpaid bills. It took four months just to receive a completion statement, which was incorrect. After another month of back-and-forth, it was finally amended. Now, seven months later, I am still waiting for my refund. On top of that, Bunch failed to pay half of our water bill for months, leading to repeated calls from Southern Water, who warned that the debt would be passed to a collection agency. Bunch only acted when I threatened to make a formal complaint. The lack of communication, delays, and terrible customer service made this an incredibly stressful experience.
