I regret ever signing up with this company. The service has been extremely poor from the start. It takes them 5 days just to respond to cancellation and transfer requests. They provided inaccurate amounts in the agreement and then started billing excessively. Now, to make matters worse, I have to wait 4 weeks just to book an appointment to cancel. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Resolved Issue - Gas provider incorrect bill.
I received a very large, unexpected bill from the Gas provider. Jordan Quayson took my call at the Bunch and was extremely helpful. He managed to correct this with the Gas provider promptly, and remove the worry we had about this incorrect bill. Thanks for your help Jordan.
Don't be fooled.
So, I am now at the end of the contract. I have provided regular meter readings and I have just been told I owe 2072.14 Pounds due to extra usage. I have been sent extra invoices over the last 12 months I have had money repeatedly taken out of my account without clear explanation of why. They don't or will not provide statements with details of actual usage when you use extra energy. You will see all the 5 start reviews. I did the same at the start because there onboarding processes are excellent. That's were the good news ends. This company is terrible. They use unfair practices and I will be contacting the energy ombudsman. They have suggested I go on an unlimited energy contract. When I asked what does that actually mean. The said it's fair usage (although its called unlimited usage). I asked them what that means and they could not answer. EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY; Your invoices do not comply with the law. They only have amounts ownings, not usage. I have no issue paying for my usage. I have an issue not being invoiced lawfully and as such I will be making my complaint the the Energy Ombudsman. My usage is NOT show on the portal, that is either a lie or you re misinformed. I will also be getting advice from the Ombudsman about your wording of an unlimited contracts and your inability to tell me what is your fair use policy. Finally, and this is the worse part. I now can't leave The Bunch until this is sorted. I tried to and The Bunch blocked the change because I own them over 2000 Pounds. Which I only just found out about last week. Throughout the contract I was told I would need to pay more due to higher usage, which I have been. That's totally fine. But now at the end of my contract im told I owe another 2000 Pounds and I guess i can't leave until this is sorted out. Although, i actually don't know because The Bunch haven't responded. So now i'm held to ransom. I can't leave, I won't sign another contract for the above reasons so now i'm stuck with The Bunch and have to pay whatever tariffs they want going forward. I will say, I have not been overcharged. It's the lack of communication that's the issue and the unlawful invoicing. I believe they use this to get people onboard by offering low ball contracts and then as the month role on they just send extra invoices and deduct the amounts saying, you have used more energy than your contract allows. But they never tell you exactly how much extra you have used or how much is owed, until the end and then your held to ransom.
