Great software
Great software that is easy to use and the technical support is top notch. What prevents me from giving IssueTrak a five star rating is project assignments cannot be setup within the system unless you have hands on knowledge of SQL server.

Issuetrak - Great all around service
Issuetrak does a good job at keeping inventory for your devices. It is customizable to your needs and has good reporting tools. Documentation could be a little better, specially around customizable fields and on letting you know how it integrates with your environment. However their custommer service is great and helps you out when you don't understand something.

The Company is honest, straight forward, and polite. When I called them to perform an upgrade on our system they didn't just provide me with instructions they helped me walk through the process and even provided some assistance with Steps they probably didn't need to.
