Zero Customer Service

Sent Emails and logged a ticket on the website and no response for a week, and still waiting.. Poor customer service

I am a new user to Issuetrak

I am a new user to Issuetrak. We are using it to track customer product complaints. I have found the product to be very customizable and full of features. Though the use of Quick picks and custom screens we have been able to create a system that is very easy for the users to enter the data we need to track customer complaints. Our trainer, Paul Harris, did a great job during our training sessions and has been very helpful in tweaking the system to fit our needs. Great product!

As a true believer that communication is key to success in any objective/operation, I truly appreciate having this portal to submit changes to customer accounts. Setting them up correctly in the beginning and as things change makes a world of difference. Thank you.

A very scalable cloud based solution for a good price…

A very scalable cloud based solution that their support staff can easily help you with. I was looking for a product that we could start very simply with and expand with small steps to be comfortable before we expanded to the next program expansion and further business integration. Price is right and staff are helpful and easily accessible.
