Kim Dossey has been a great help for me understanding the IssueTrak program. I am new with my company and no one here was properly using this program but because of Kim giving me GREAT customer service I now know the direction I want to go in for the company and using IssueTrak. Complex Free
Issuetrak is a complex free ticketing system that logs and records issues submitted and resolved. its clean and professional and i recommend it to any business owner that requires customer support!
Great but not perfect
Issuetrak is a great tool for managing company wide issues. With an excellent support team, help is never too far away. Features like emailing support, users have no issues submitting a ticket. The only thing I would enhance is the reporting side of the system. as it is very complicated to run reports. Overall this is a great system and I would recommend this to anyone.
Quick and effective
I really like the software, its quick and does the job but if I were to say anything that I would change is the UI, maybe a new more modern UI. Also it would be nice to be able to add additional sub-categories to the knowledge base.
Additional features
the up costs to add additional feature is to high, issue track should bundle the feature all in one package

Good Product by and large
We have been happy with IssueTrak for the most part. It helps us keep up with our support calls and has good reporting. Automating some of the tasks we wanted has not panned out and we've had a few glitches with the auto-emailing function, but overall it's a powerful tool.
Great Support!
We have been using IssueTrak for internal ticketing now for a few years. It has worked just fine for us and any support issues that we have had to contact IssueTrak were dealt with quickly and completely to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone considering this type of system for their business.
