Paid up front in may! Still no internet
Paid up front in may, fibre line installed end of August! But still no working internet!! Very little contact or advise, despite numerous calls ( often on hold for 20 plus minutes ) and email queries raised and left unanswered - one particularly unhelpful customer service manager showed very little care, support or explanation as to why it’s taken this long and why we still have no internet! Plus why I am being charged monthly for halo tech support when I have no service to protect! To say I am disappointed is a massive understatement!

Contact them yesterday to report a problem with not being able to divert our phones when out of hours. Got straight through. Cole Evens was great, fast to react, very knowledgeable and sorted the problem, explained everything well so that I understood. Even sent me an email with step by step instructions just in case I needed it for future use. Service that I have received has been great.

Avoid the stress of this company. We've had so many problems with them since the beginning of our contact, to list a few; False promises, when we were first contacted the offer seemed incredible... Later down the line, after signing the contract of course, we had no phone line on one of our newest stores which we had leaflets printed with the new number. It took over 6months for the phone line to go into our brand-new store which we had leaflets for to promote with a number that wasn't even in place. Was promised Fibre from Virgin into another premises, Virgin then came out to look at the job and insisted that they had to dig up the entire drive way just to install in, therefore couldn't have that and a big back and forth with Virgin. Spent nearly a year continuously raising complaints with them. Days without internet in one of the stores which of course costs so much money as our entire epos systems run off the internet. Just recently when chasing the internet and raising a ticket, we were pushed to Virgin, we're not even with Virgin! However, the most audacious part, they took the time to spend almost an hour on the phone to see whether I wanted to continue my contract, but when it came to one of the premises having no internet- No phone call just one email. I had no internet, surely rather than email a question you would call so the issue can be resolved sooner. It's just been an absolute nightmare. When running a business, especially with multiple sites you want ease, there's always so much to do and I have wasted so many hours of unnecessary conversations with this company I'm just absolutely tired of them!

if they owe you money like me for my settlement figure from the leasing company be warned they give you the run around on paying it , every excuse going. I put in an invoice on the 7th june and still are waiting to be paid over £1300.00, apparently you invoice goes into a system and they can take 30 days to even look at it, i have just chased this invoice and now apparently i should have not put inc vat on my invoice to them and now i have to wait another 30 days from today. I will not be renewing my contract once this runs out, awful way of running a business.

Excellent service whilst changing over…
Excellent service whilst changing over our new phone from the sales team-quick and efficient, the engineers-very understanding and patient to Emi the Service Manager who I spoke to after all the change was complete to see if we where happy with everything. A very courteous and professional way to sign off on a new contract. I would highly recommend these guys to any organisation in the future. Thank you guys!

No idea how this company has 4 stars, i always thought trust pilot was a good indicator but clearly it is not... We have the misfortune of being a long term long suffering customer of this truly awful company, due primarily to the fact that they unlike almost all other Voip companies tie you into a 5 year contract and as you add any service, yes you guessed it it comes with a new 5 year contract... The worst ever business decision we ever made and its not just the excessively long contracts but honestly the service is truly awful too. I wont bore you with the litany of all the mistakes, issues with compatability and general 'paying for a service you just dont get' but i will tell you of the most recent one and the reason why we are attempting to cancel our contracts with these clowns / cowboys... Our phones went down on a Friday afternoon (8th July)... I was away... one of my members of staff called up to report the issue but due to an overly strict interpretation of GDPR they were told they could not speak on behalf of the account holder and were given the bums rush.... On monday I phoned as our phones were off, to discover that the outage was due to Halo moving everyone to their new system and the old one had been shut down on Friday the 8th. They reckoned that they had emailed us but mysteriously they now had an incorrect email address for us despite having emailed us several times before and you know what? perhaps a call would have been nice..... many hours of my time later and a week of being without our phone service yet again they sent an engineer who took nearly a full day to get the system back working. Truly avoid this company, nobody and i repeat nobody does a five year contract. I know this because we actively looked at all the other voip operators out there. Absolutely awful service, the customer service, even from their complaints department is nothing short of abysmal. They are quite happy to leave their customers with non-functioning phone systems for over 6 weeks (and counting) and yet do not seem to care at all about a resolution.

Fantastic Company
Fantastic Company! The Halo Tech Group are the best service provider I've ever been with. The have dedicated team that always help whenever I have an issues (which is very rare). I have been with the company for many years, and have just upgrade to a newer phone system that was installed in days. I member of the team called me up to talk me through the set up and made sure I was happy with everything. They explained in detail how to transfer calls and added my old directory onto the system. A very happy customer. Thanks again.
