been with this company for 3 years and i’m coming up for renewal and will definitely be renewing, the few times that i have had problems with my phones which hasn’t been often, the support team have handled my issues as quickly as possible and have been really helpful! would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs a bespoke phone system

I’ve been with halo for a while and they provide both my phones and broadband. I recently had to contact support due to the phone updates and spoke to a lovely girl in customer service who then made sure that my issue was sorted by the technicians nice and quickly. Can’t fault their customer service, everyone I’ve spoken to has been lovely and helpful

Not sure about negative feedback below. I have just used this Company and found them very good from start to finish. Did what they said they would. Engineer very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service very helpful. Would certainly recommend them.

It is very mixed bag as it took a year to set up the internet and then an year and a half to set up the phones promised from the beginning. The engineer that came though Ali Nassar has been the most helpful person i have seen very thorough and explained everything on the go as he was doing the work so from him i am super pleased with. the admin team needs to be sorted though. i guess once set up then it should be OK.

Terrible company in every way phones are useless back up service none existent they are geared up to avoid helping you in any way avoid the company like the plague , all you ever here is i will raise a job card not sure what they do with them if it ever happens , they tell you to e mail them and it comes back problems with server everything about them is a professional scam , they will cost you money time after time with lost call and problems.

On Saturday we had a technical issue with the phones. Ali came on his day off when he could of been relaxing in the sun. He came to our office and spent at least 4 hours sorting the issue we had. Finally he got us up and running. Ali is very helpful, polite and professional. The 5star is for Ali and his excellent service.

Everything was seamless from start to finish, couldn’t recommend them enough. Staff were really helpful and managed to get us a deal cheaper than our provider at the time.

Spoke to Halo as I wanted to bring my costs down. The team were great, talked me though step by step and answered all the questions I had, even the stupid ones! Had a few issues on the switch over but none of these were down to Halo. They kept me informed each step of the way and sorted the issues quickly. Really happy all round
