He came in the allotted time and was very thorough in his inspection of my property. He was also very informative on improvements which could be made or were unnecessary

Operative was punctual, polite and pleasant. However report states that there was no roof insulation (assumed) even though 300mm was shown on previous EPC. Also building annex was excluded from the certificate even though this was inspected and measured.

Haven’t been sent my certificate, even though it shows up on estate agents website. No response to emails. My rating has gone down from C to D, I have not changed anything in my home to warrant this change!
