The gentleman that came was on time and was not judgemental of any untidiness, very polite. I felt very safe in his company, and as I live alone, this is a very important factor.

I had a booking that was cancelled but not until during the timeslot so I had already taken time out and travelled to the property as it was not my home. I tried to call and it took me 20 minutes to get through. When I finally had the appointment it went extremely well and was swift and positive, shame about the first impression.
