Carpenter review

Abri had to come out to fix our cupboard door and sent a chap called Mark who was quick friendly and had a good laugh whilst carrying out a great repair after a previous repair done by someone else that failed. Mark was professional, explained what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it and had a good laugh even with my children going on at him 🤣.

He's a lovely gentleman and polite. Loves all the new panels on the walls but very disappointed with the new shower 🚿 as it won't do overhead the shower as I have tried shower head setting , nothing works so it the water is straight narrow which very disappointed!!!

Plasterer review

Russell came out too fix an internal wall that had plaster coming off. He was very friendly, very professional and did an outstanding job. Abri always repair things to a high standard and can't fault them one bit.

Unsatisfactory unresolved ASB Case Now Closed

The outcome of my stage 2 complaint which took from November 2024- Jan 2025 for me to receive my options there weee a few such as review neighbours sign a good neighbour agreement which I opted for I emailed customer relations on 3 Feb saying I wanted my neighbours to sign a good neighbour agreement and it’s now 17 Feb 2025 and I’m still being targeted all day every day all hours of the night and day and today 17 Feb 2025 I received a text at 08.47am this morning to say my ASB case is closed. What???? i’lll see you in court I’ve continuously all 2025 and all previous years emailed the kept record of all the ASB against me every single day all day to the main department at Abri who receive the emails and they’ve passed it onto a team to get back to me in five days. Some people in that department have said that and others said they passed it on. What a joke I’ve done nothing but bashed my head against a brick wall again for another year and I’ve been given false hope the ASB will be permanently resolved, and nothing of the sort has happened. I don’t want to hear excuses like we can’t get them to stop because that’s what I’ve heard in the past , and it’s pathetic. Do t live in a house under this housing association because you will experience nothing but stress and anxiety because of the antisocial contractors they employ who have targeted me for four months all unprovoked on top of the tenancy manager and housing officers preventing me from getting resolve on my ASB because they admitted to not having the staff. The latest is The tenancy Manager refused to get these neighbours to sign a good neighbour agreement which is one of the options from the outcome of stage 2 complaint which I agreed to and gave a weak response to repairs I went through to get an update from as I hadn’t heard for two weeks, saying it wasn’t appropriate for the neighbours to sign an agreement and she was drafting a letter to me to outline Abri’s policies which is absolute load of rubbish excuses not to take action and leave me in a hellish living situation I can’t take anymore. Environmental health had the audacity to tell me I’m not so many words to be more tolerant of my neighbours noise and for air tight to come to my house but they want to do another one hour recording of noise when Abri and environmental health are fully aware of the noise as I’ve reported it for 3.5 years and in December 2024 I had recording equipment from environmental health removed from my house. The neighbours didn’t make much noise until after it was removed of course. All the agencies are working together against me and the tenancy manager has crated a me against them situation which isn’t what her job is about at all and there isn’t any manager to take her to task over it. On 17 February 2025 at 20.13 pm the main ring leader bully neighbour next door sent two women to my door with a camera in their hands, they were clearly going to take pictures of me or film me at my door. They don’t know me and my neighbour has constantly spread lies about me to 9 other neighbours their friends and families who have all been involved in harassing intimidating bullying trespassing and threatening me causing criminal damage to my plant on my front garden and blasting me out of my house with excessive music tv dogs barking shouting. I called the police they went to visit her and she then called over two different people to her house in the day and at night a man in a reflected jacket shone a torch in my porch at my front door. People summonsed by neighbours have shone torches in my house early hours for over a year. Last year this neighbour arranged with two other neighbours and threatened to smash my face in and police didn’t attend and blamed me for videoing it which I felt compelled to as the tenancy manager has trivialised and deliberately ignored and refused to look at any evidence I have and so have the housing officers. I haven’t received the letter from the tenancy manager outlining Abri’s policies instead of resolving the serious ASB against me, which completely contradicts the spiel on Abri website stating Abri take antisocial behaviour seriously. All the while the same tenancy manager works at Abri, we are going to receive the same negative frustrating outcomes of no resolve.

Thank You Abri

I’m always so grateful to the help provided by Abri since becoming their tenant. They are always polite and helpful. Since moving in they have replaced fence panels, fixed the guttering, installed toilet supports and are about to replace the boiler. I always feel confident they will get the job done. Their customer service is fast and efficient and I’d like to mention Amy H & Janet who sorted my worries out last week. Many thanks to you all you’re doing an excellent job.
