I had my first house inspection today…
I had my first house inspection today and I can honestly say I am so, so impressed with Abri in general and the service I received overall. The inspection itself was carried out in a very respectful, non invasive and dignified way and the inspector himself was very polite. I mentioned a repair I needed and couldn’t believe it when less than an hour later I received a text from Abri informing me an operative was on their way, and a few moments later, he had arrived and completed the job. Thank you

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of service offered by Abri. In particular, my call was handled by Verity who was patient with me and made sure the problem with my boiler was resolved within the week. The heads up texts and calls for the engineers/plumbers visit were very helpful as it gave me time to leave work to be available for the repair appointment. I forgot to take the engineers and plumbers names but wanted to extend my thanks to them too. Keep up the good work!

I have been a tenant of Abri for just over a year now in a new-build property. As with a lot of new builds with teething problems, I have an on-going issue. I recently spoke about it to Bernadette from Abri, who was very helpful and friendly, she gave me confidence that my issue would be resolved and I now feel happy and relieved that Abri care about their tenants and will do all they can to resolve the issue.
