James came to check an issue I had in…

James came to check an issue I had in my flat. I had water leaking through my bathroom ceiling. James went up into my loft to check the pipes and saw that their was a small leak. He sealed up the pipe very quick and prompt. I was suprised that it was done so quick. The leak stopped and I was very pleased with the service. James was very polite and proffessional. Highly rated 5 star service would highly recommend to anyone.

I contacted Abri on two matters.

I contacted Abri on two matters. I had a blocked drain, Jamie made it a priority and it was fixed that day 10/10. The second was financial, Jamie checked explained and suggested options. He spoke so I could understand. What he was saying, I'm partially deaf and pushing on in years I can't sing his praises high enough Michelle phoned me to see if I was happy. Again friendly and completely understandable I don't write many reviews but Abri deserves this

Custer service is always so helpful

Custer service is always so helpful. Victoria was especially helpful .i don’t call very often but when I do who ever is on the other end of the phone are polite today I have also had a call out for my today fence straight away he introduced himself as Carl big friendly smile what a happy chap. Wel done to the team

Rich the affable sparky chap

I had Rich come round to look at moving my kitchen smoke alarm. It transpired the smoke alarms in the house were in the wrong rooms. Rich couldn’t have been more helpful, pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this chap and think what an absolute asset he is to the organisation. I can see him going far. I happened to see him again yesterday as he was in the building doing an inspection of lights and took the time to see if everything was ok with the job he had done. 5 ⭐️’s all the way!!
