I had multiple fixes need to my home Abri organised it all quickly and all the chaps that arrived were polite and friendly. All but one job was completed on the day bar one that needed a contractor which was organised within the next couple of days. I wish I could remember all of their names as I would mention them all! But Richard and the young lad ( Jordan I think!?)oh and the new guy! They did stand out to me as they took the time to explain things a little more in depth to me. But all operatives were lovely and helpful! I am grateful to have Abri as my landlord! Thanks for having me ! Faye x
I called Abri about some repairs and…
I called Abri about some repairs and complaints on 03/02/25 and spoke with Emma who was lovely to deal with. Emma was warm and listened to me, taking my complaint with empathy and understanding and organised the repairs which were completed the same day. I then had a call from Janet (customer contact) on the 04/02 who called to see how Emma did. Janet spent time with me, dealing with another repair (non essential) and listened while I moaned about another complaint that I had. Janet was also great, funny and also listened with empathy, letting me know that the complaints will be handled and the repair would be done at some point in the near future. The repair, wasn't important and doesnt impact me in anyway, so I'm satisfied it'll get done. Both Emma and Janet are fantastic people and a credit to the company.

Whenever I have rung Abri I have always had a positive experience. Any problem, or job I have needed doing has been dealt with as speedily as possible. Whoever I have spoken to have always been helpful and polite.

This 5 star rating is for Shaun in customer service, and him alone. He has gone above and beyond to help me and been been very patient with me in the process. Shaun went to lengths to clean up the mess left behind by his peers and made no complaints. All abri employees could learn a thing a two about proper customer care from Shaun, and what a difference you can make to someone's life if you just throw in a little effort. Give this man a raise and a promotion!
