Nightmare …

I had a nightmare from start to finish deciding to purchase a washer/dryer online through Hughes. Firstly I thought I was ordering a Washer dryer but what actually turned up was a washer only of the same brand. Tried to contact someone to help me with my order online but every person I spoke to online couldn't help but directed me to ring customer services which was impossible due to me being abroad. Once order was confirmed I was sent an email giving me the day of delivery as a sunday even though I had requested a monday delivery for the order. I had to send a email to customer service to confirm the delivery day who apologised for the error and confirmed it would be a monday due to no deliveries been done on Sundays. In this email he confirmed it was a washer dryer. I tried to confirm several times what I had ordered by interrogation of my hughes online account but the information could not be found. The delivery went ahead and was tne only area of the whole process that went well. After the tenant unpacked the machine and set it up to use she informed me that she couldn't find the dryer function. I requested confirmation from Hughes customer service as to the product I had actually purchased and he confirmed that it was a washer only but provided no further assistance in helping rectify the issue. This has been a poor buying experience from start to finish and would definitely have been made easier if the syatems set up by Huges actually worked especially in light of me being away from the UK when doing this emergency purchase for my tenant. I can't recommend this company and I will not be using them again.

Great service from start to delivery! Website had a price match guarantee that was correct. Wide range of delivery times and options available with two very friendly and extremely helpful delivery drivers making the delivery with excellent communication prior to and on delivery day!

Impressive Again

Again, very impressed. I’d used the company before for another kitchen item and was impressed so used them again. Excellent service, prompt, good information and the delivery drivers were excellent!

Delivery delayed

Maybe harsh on Hughes as the contract it out. But no communication on a delivery until a phone call 6 days after initial delivery day passed "we are 45 mins away, are you in?" Online chat left unanswered for over 15 mins until I disconnected. Couple of emails but no effort or ability to give me an answer on when arriving. Really disappointing. However, good price and good selection of stock. Do better on choosing your partners, let's the tram down
