Awful. Similar to many other complaints about the company. Items on their website are listed as "in stock" when they aren't. Cancelled my order after waiting nearly three weeks for my camera. Requested a refund over a month ago and have still not received it. Communication with the company is extremely bad - emails are ignored and ones that are answered are deliberately vague. From reading other reviews it seems I'll have to go down the legal route to get my money back. Advertised as a family business but the customer service is absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs.
