Same complaint as the rest. Take money for items they don't have in stock and next ignore any requests for cancellation. Have to now go through the bank, and now realise why they don't accept paypal.

A superb service from start to finish. Excellent advice, communication, and incredibly quick delivery on a large ticket item (TV). Great price on the product, and superb follow up care. It all feels very personal and that you are dealing with a company who genuinely take care of their customers. Highly recommended.

Ordered an Ultra Short Throw (UST) projector from Hpreston for work and the service was exceptional. The projector was considerably cheaper than from other chain outlets including Amazon and arrived exactly as expected. I contacted HPreston via their website after placing the order to see when I could expect delivery and was met with a reply within a couple of minutes to let me know it was being dispatched that day. Following this I received a tracking order number and was able to see when delivery was. Definitely recommend this seller and will always be checking for best prices here before ordering elsewhere.
