HPreston seem like a really good family run, customer focused and knowledgable company. Oh, and the price was excellent! Everything was exceptionally well handled. Emailed John over the weekend for advise. Ordered on a Monday. The order was followed up with personal emails from John, a call to check I had the delivery tracker info, and then the 5 year guarantee. He also confirmed the delivery was safe and sound (it was a big OLED tv!). Delivered before lunch on Tuesday. Just perfect. Shame you not running the county! I will return. Thanks.

Had to wait awhile for Panasonic to get stock in of this model but John at Preston media chased them on several occasions and got one for me as soon as they became available 👍
