I was told via live chat that their Sony A7 IV is UK stock, so I contacted Sony UK and was told that these guys don't even have an account with them! I don't know where they get their products, but they could be grey imports. I'd take my money elsewhere if I were you.

Had to delete my original review as they thought it would be a good idea to put my personal details in a publicly viewable comment. Ordered just before christmas, within a day my order was cancelled and told I would receive a refund. Having followed up via email multiple times I had no response and have still not received the refund over a month later. Edit: have now received the refund but not changing the score as It should never have gotten this far and the overall behaviour around the incident is just entirely unnacceptable.

I was bit worried at the start as the TV I ordered was suspiciously much cheaper than anywhere else, and then there was a bit of delay with the delivery. Luckily the seller stayed in touch with me at all the time. Finally the TV arrived exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase.

I recently bought a Panasonic 65" TV from this company after reading all the reviews. I did write to John a few times in regards to the stock and delivery time. After confirmation I paid online with no issues. Service was prompt and delivery of TV was swift. The courier (DHL) handled the package with care and TV is in perfect working order. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and will glady do business again.

Awful company. The positive reviews are mostly fake. They’ve paid for 100k followers on Instagram so if that isn’t a red flag I don’t know what is. Avoid them. The customer service is horrendous. My order went “missing” and I was told they couldn’t give me an update as the person responsible was asleep. They also had a price match guarantee that they didn’t fulfil. I asked why but I was ignored. I gave up trying. I then needed to contact them as they hadn’t sent a receipt. It took almost 30 phone calls to get it. You’ll have problems and these guys will waste your time. I’ve wasted hours trying to get answers from them.
