I'm completely frustrated and disappointed with this company. I ordered a £4,400 Canon camera from HPreston on 4 April. It's now 23 May and I have no camera and no refund despite asking many times. When I placed my order the camera was shown as in stock on the website, but it actually wasn't. My money was taken immediately and whenever I contacted them I was always promised delivery "in the next few days" or "next week". Nothing has ever arrived. After more missed delivery promises than I could count I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. Each time the cancellation / refund request is ignored. I have now asked for a refund in writing 4 times but I haven't got my money back. I am £4,400 out of pocket and have wasted hours of my time. I have had no option but to begin a claim through my credit card company and if that is not successful I will be taking legal advice about going to the small claims court / trading standards as I cannot afford to be without that amount of money any more.

Was in the market for a camcorder and most of your bigger retailers didn't have stock. Started looking around at smaller retailers and stumbled across HPrestonmedia. Was a little hesitant at first and decided to give them a call. Honestly the best customer experience I've had in quite a while. Will definitely be making them my first stop when looking at adding to my visual/audio setup.

Fantastic service getting us a new video camera which we use daily. The online chat quickly confirmed they actually had one in stock and from placing the order we had confirmation that a courier had been booked and it would be delivered the next day. Delivered exactly as promised.

Great service, great price, emails and calls to let us know what was happening and super fast delivery. If only all online purchases were like this
