Having read some of the reviews, I wish I had done my research before dealing with these cowboys. I ordered 3 items from here totaling over £2000. I did not order from here because of price, as other suppliers were cheaper but the site promised a very speedy delivery time. NO ITEMS CAME ON TIME, costing me business. After eventually receiving 2/3 items and a number of unanswered emails to John I requested the last outstanding item which was a bundle be canceled. Email after email, requesting tracking numbers, warranty information and collection details have all been ignored. John put this down to a heart transplant (if this was a lie, you should be very ashamed). I asked for my order to be handled by someone else in that case and I am still waiting after a whole month for collection of x2 mics which make up part of the bundle sent to me despite instructing the cancellation of the bundle. The bundle was cancelled with enough notice. John responses to emails are designed to frustrate you even more and show a clear misunderstanding of customer service or the ability to read very comprehensive emails detailing cancelation instrucstructions and requests to collect unwanted goods which have been incorrectly received and dispatched. I have had no choice but to start legal action against John as it is clear he is unable to understand my instructions and requests. I advise you to all stay clear of this company and John and avoid making the same the mistake I did. If I could attach the whole email thread I would, just to show you how unprofessional John and his company are.

At a time when the Stream Deck XL couldn't be readily found elsewhere H Preston Media came up trumps. The sales process was efficient and I quickly received the product. Everything worked beautifully and comms were quickly and courteously dealt with. I would recommend H Preston Media to anyone looking to get their broadcast equipment.

I have held off writing this review as I hoped my issue could get resolved. I ordered an A7SIII with a memory card as a package deal. It was ordered on the 29th April and I received an email to confirm the order and they were preparing it for shipping. Eventually after chasing I received the camera on the 6th May from a different supplier but no memory card. After more chasing and my desperate need for the card John agreed I would be better getting it elsewhere and he would refund my card. That was on the 14th May. By the 21st I lost patience and started a chargeback. I would say the prices on the site are excellent and some people get their goods quickly but that has to be squared off against the fact that you may not get the order for some time or at all. Just make sure you buy using a credit card and learn about chargeback.

Terrible experience. Don’t use this company. Look at their other trust pilot hprestonmedia (it’s full of awful reviews). Their customer service is awful, and very slow. Companies that argue with people on trust pilot (see their replies to other posts) should never be trusted. Their website is full of incorrect information ranging from claiming that they are authorised dealers of certain products and false or non existent shipping information. Reply: You couldn’t update me on my order when you knew my name. So this reply from you is completely irrelevant. I advise you to completely change the way you operate, in every department. Nothing about my experience with you was professional. I advise anyone reading to go elsewhere for your purchases.

There are few companies like this left in the world, companies that help, companies that care. I ordered a TV from Hpreston and it was cheaper than any of the large "corporates". Unfortunately as this was a brand new product it was out of stock everywhere. John Preston called the manufacturer and placed an urgent order on my behalf. Not only did my TV turn up within a few days but I was emailed with updates and on the day of delivery, John called me a few times to inform me of progress and delivery times. I have not experienced a companies unpresidented dedication to its clients in many years. I would highly recommend Hpreston, John and his team.

After several weeks selecting and pricing a new Sony TV on various platforms, hpreston were easily the most competitive sellers. Keen price, promptly delivered alongside good customer service . . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend hpreston to anyone.

I bought an ex-demo canon cinema lens and zoom control over 2 months ago. The lens is ok but parts of the zoom controller were missing and so I have not been able to use this. Despite many promises that the missing parts are ‘on order’ my emails are now not being answered. I will update this review if the missing parts ever turn up... UPDATE 27 June The missing part has now been delivered. I have been unable to use the product as intended for around 3 months, but to their credit, the company did managed to sort things out in the end.

Fantastic service! I needed an ATEM in a hurry and they delivered, with a firmware upgrade before sending and next day delivery, they are keen to look after their customers that is clear! I will be looking to add HPreston as a preferred supplier for our gear...

Ordered on Thursday, delivered by courier on Friday. Also phoned me to say that the delivery was on its way. Excellent service and highly recommended.
