I jumped on their chat to see if I ordered a Canon C70 would it be shipped that day for next day delivery, I was told it would be 2-3 days shipping. With the price being the best I could find, I ordered it anyway. About 10 minutes later, John from H Preston called me to apologise for going quiet on the chat and it was because he was making sure it shipped for next day delivery. Less than 24 hours later, I had it in my hands. Excellent communications, amazing customer service and a great price. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I’ve been struggling to get hold of a decent 4K camcorder for the last few months and found it a frustrating experience due to the shortage generally of this type of camera. I called John at this firm and I was sorted in five minutes. John listened carefully to me describing what I was looking for, made a couple of observations, then recommended a camera I’d not really considered before, and the next day I had probably the best camera I have ever owned - and I have owned dozens over the years. Brilliant customer service, friendly, professional, and just absolutely spot on. Really chuffed with them. Thanks John for all your help.

I am a freelance photographer and ordered a canon 4k Video camera from H Preston. Unfortunately due to my own specific requirements it was not suitable and the one which was suitable unfortunately they couldn't get in time for a shoot I had booked, and refunded me the money. The whole experience was made as easy and as pleasant as possible by both John and Andy. They had a lot of patience with me and I regret that I wasn't able to buy from them, and also that they are out of pocket because of this (through no fault of theirs at all). As soon as I need the next piece of equipment they will be my first port of call for sure - thanks to you both :).

Ordered an ex-display lens for my camera. John advised there was a problem fulfilling my order as the ex-display lens had an issue with it and so he sent me a brand new lens for no additional charge. Absolutely superb customer service from this company.

Quick delivery, great product!

I ordered a £2,200 camera from H Preston Media. When it failed to arrive within the timeframe given on the website, I called and cancelled my order (and purchased the camera elsewhere). I was told that my refund would be processed the same day, it wasn't, and I made 3 further refund requests over the following 2 weeks - all without success. I eventually received a refund once I'd gone through the process of raising a card transaction dispute with my bank. One to avoid in my experience.

In such trying times it was an absolute pleasure to receive knowledgeable advice, great customer service and my goods delivered the following day.

I cannot praise Hpreston highly enough. I was looking for an electric bike and after looking online the stealth Fat Bike was my choice. Hpreston was offering the bike cheaper than any other dealer I came across, in some cases up to £400 cheaper. I decided to opt for a finance deal which was hassle free, very reasonable and agreed within a couple of hours. Placing my order, I found communication was really good and delivery was actually ahead of the specified 7 days. The stealth Bike is a self build item and I had a couple of small issues due to my lack of expertise but John was on hand to help me all the way and once again communication was prompt, polite and professional. My fat bike is now running absolutely perfectly and I really love it. In short: A fabulous item as described. Excellent finance deal. Polite, professional & helpful. Excellent after sales service.
