Forest Master and wood chipper FM14DDES purchase: Excellent piece of kit, good service and great early experience. Chipper arrived when expected with helpful delivery driver and very well packaged machine. Largely pre-assembled with clear, easy-to-follow instructions to complete assembly [approx. 30 minutes] hence set-up and getting started only took a short while (started first time). Have already used a couple of times to chip willow, ash and poplar, for example, up to 4″ branches and no blockages, and with pleasing results; large domestic project (4 acre garden with woodland needing significant clearing and management). Would recommend Forest Master and the FM14DDES.

Quick delivery from ordering. Quality piece of equipment. I'm pleased I got the splitter with stand as it would have been too low on the floor for me without the stand. Also, it's a 2 man job to actually fix the stand to the machine due to it's weight. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Had not dealt with them before and since I was ordering online was a bit apprehensive. However it was easy to place my order for a log splitter and various other bits. Delivery arrived on the day promised, very quickly in spite of the bad weather.
