Most items are NOT UK made by Forest Master but Chinese imports of doubtful build, quality and safety. Having been stung once I would never use this company again.

I had a problem with a non functioning fan and Forest Master dealt with the issue promptly and in a highly professional way. They arranged return of the fan and a prompt replacementwith no quibble. I am very impressed. The replacement fan works perfectly well and I'm very happy with it.

I recently bought a FMX4 log splitter and in a second order a matching All Terain wheeled stand. We agreed a delivery date over the phone, but on the day it was a no show. I contacted customer services who did help and then arranged a courier for the following day. My online account failed to show my order, so access to tracking, the warranty card etc wasn't possible. The high stand that came with my model couldn't cope with unpaved ground, so I ordered the FMX4 All Terain stand. This did arrive as planned but instead of a FMX4 stand they sent an FM16 stand! I contacted them and was advised that their records showed that I'd ordered an FX16 stand. So I emailed them my order confirmation showing that I'd ordered the correct FMX4 stand. The customer services chap checked with the technical team and advised that the FM16 stand would be compatible with my log splitter, so rather than have even more delays I fitted it. It does work, but the bracing cross members in the frame are too long. Whilst, I'm happy with the performance of the log splitter. I have been really disappointed with the quality of service from Forest Master. For me this has been poor and plagued with error after error. I hope this review helps them to improve.

Forest Master holds a payment for a failed transaction (they rejected an invalid postcode) I repeated the same transaction twice). I can't access nearly over €1200 and had failed standing orders because of this. When I called I was blamed because I put the wrong postcode but I checked my postcode and it is the same as on my bank account so the fault is on their side. I have never had this problem before when buying online. I still didn't get my money back. I called my bank and they can't do anything as the payment is pending.

The Duocut blades make splitting gnarly knotty wood a breeze. I have been using mine to split well seasoned tree trunks and roots which are unspittable with a sledgehammer and cold chisels

Purchased farm jack and felling lever. This is well made and does the job of stabilising and then pushing over during felling operation. Excellent piece of kit! Very straightforward ordering and email status from forest master.
