scrubs not delivered

scrubs not delivered. order placed just over 3 weeks previously. Customer service is terrible. Minimum 6 days to reply to emails. Emailed twice and still no idea if my order is going to be delivered

Disappointed

I ordered two scrub tops and matching bottoms. Only received the bottoms. I have emailed and tried calling customer support with no response.

I have 5 pair of fig cargo paints and…

I have 5 pair of fig cargo paints and all zippers broke and 2 paints also button broke off. Very disappointed in quality. I work at a hospital and will let others know of this disgrace

This company has turned into a scam. Customer service does not respond anymore.. they me 2 and half pair of scrubs (top is missing) no response from them whatsoever…

Literally the worst company Ever.

Literally the worst company Ever. I ordered the men’s charcoal bottoms and top with embroidery, it arrived but with no embroidery! I have now contacted the customer service nine separate times because I can’t arrange a return on embroidered items online even though they didn’t do the embroidery. It’s absolutely ridiculous. 15 days later and still no reply!

I do like the quality of the scrubs but…

I do like the quality of the scrubs but the sizing and colors are inconsistent depending on what size you are. I was a frequent shopper until I placed two orders a month ago. The first order still hasn’t gotten here, the second order arrived two weeks after I ordered it. Usually I’m patient because I know I ordered during a busy time (nurse’s week) but it says it was never shipped on the UPS tracking page, and also my second order got here before the first one! Their customer service is really slow, I’m currently on 9 business days with no reply and it’s very frustrating.

Don’t use, possibly a scam website now

Spent just over £100 on a set of scrubs on 18th May, got an order confirmed email and then have never heard anything since, it’s now 15th May. I emailed them on 6th June and again last week, I have heard nothing back. My only assumption is that this must now be a scam website of some sort. Don’t use them

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered 3 pairs of size small scrubs. 2 of the 3 fit perfectly, but the 3rd size small bottom is clearly marked incorrectly, it is a size medium and too big. I have spent 2+ hours on 3 separate occasions trying to sort this out with Figs and have been ghosted each time. I received an email and took pictures of the too big bottoms and compared to the ones in the right size. I never heard back. I am very upset and plan to tell all my nurse friends to use caution when dealing with Figs. Too bad because I love the products.

Order is more than a month late

Order is more than a month late. Was expected to arrive May 8. I reached out to customer service via email and they confirmed that there as been no update re shipping since the label was printed. They asked to verify the shipping address to which I provided. No response since then. I’ve attempted to leave a message on the customer service line to no avail. Now I’m hold to speak with a remember-wait time 20 min and counting. I do not recommend
