I'm torn, I've loved my scrubs from them but this last set the shirt is straight up USED! I feel like I should of gotten a discount for used clothes😑

Never again

These really are the worst, cheapest quality set of scrubs I have ever owned. The company has clearly cheaped out massively to maximise profits but these genuinely couldn't fit or feel any worse than they do. Material is very thin, not soft in any way and the scrubs have absolutely no give to them. To say these have a HUGE price tag too? Ridiculous. It's that bad it almost feels like a total scam.

Bad customer service

I actually like Figs, but their customer service is the worst. I purchased 2 sets of scrubs and wanted to exchange my two Graphite Leon and Black Leon top scrubs for a Craig Henley graphite top scrub in size S and a scrub Henley black top in size S. Mr. R from customer service provided the link for the exchange. However, the desired style (Craig Henley Scrub) was not available as an option for selection. I made multiple phone calls during the specified time frame, but no one answered. I also sent them 3 emails, but they have not responded yet. I am extremely disappointed with Figs. There are many other good brands available now, such as Fabletics, Mandala, and Jaanu, which are also more affordable. You should give them a try.

Servizio clienti vergognoso, ho spedito indietro la merce che non andava bene causa taglia errata (una S grande come una L) e dopo tre mesi non sono stato rimborsato. Dopo decine di mail dove continuano a dire che il rimborso è stato processato e devo solo avere pazienza, una truffa a tutti gli effetti. Ho usato i loro camici ed hanno pure un tessuto di scarsa qualità. Voto Marketing 10, serietà e qualità 0

Sizing completely off

Figs sizing is completely off. I ordered the Black Zamora™ High Waisted - Petite Jogger Scrub Pants in size Small and XS, and I also ordered the Black Petite Catarina™ - One-Pocket Scrub top in size Small and XS to check sizing and they were COMPLETELY different? The size small was massive on me and almost like it was meant to be a medium or large, the trousers were so baggy and the XS trousers were so tight round my thighs and fit like a size UK 4/6. I waited 10 days for the order to arrive, and can’t even wear either pair of scrubs because both sizes look ridiculous. I’ve never ever been inbetween sizes before with any clothes or scrub brands so I am very disappointed.

Very Bad experience

Very Bad experience - ordered two pants, both same size but different colors, one came out super large (possibly a manufacturer’s defect) but the main issue is that I have been trying to get in touch with Figs through emails and Instagram for days to arrange an exchange, not able to get through and no one replies or helps. Very disappointing considering I have made a few orders and been recommending it to all my colleagues.

Refund was processed in February and I still haven’t received the money. I don’t have the items and the money. What am I supposed to do. All of their replies are the same thing. It’s been more than a month since and the money is nowhere to be seen. I’m so disappointed and extremely frustrated with their service. I’m never ordering from figs again and have people around me know as well.
