Their sizing changes every couple…

Their sizing changes every couple years. I was a med 1 year, small another and a large another. I don’t understand why they can’t keep the sizing the same with the new styles.

Why they never reply to my emails? I wrote request to the customer service to refund and auto email says reply in 48 hours but no response after 2 days and its 4days since..

Poor Quality

Shipping took unusually long compared to other companies, and the first new scrub set arrived with a hole in the upper thigh. Second set didn't have any holes, but after the first wash they started to fray. They also stain very easily. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed in FIGS sale policy.

Very disappointed in FIGS. I opened my FIGS app very early on Friday, August 11 and saw there was a 20% discount. I wished to buy the deep purple scrub set and an underscrub. However, I was on my way to work and could not purchase at that time. Upon return Friday evening, I went to open the app to purchase the items, and the discount was gone on the same day! I reached out to FIGS the following day and an employee, Shamoy, refused to honor the discount, stating the sale ended at noon. This time was not readily apparent on their website. As a frontline worker and a person who has purchased DOZENS of FIGS uniforms, I was very disappointed to see their heavy handed policy regarding ending sales during the middle of the day, despite frontline hospital workers not available to purchase items during their busy shifts.

Product was never shipped

upon order, the ETA was in 2 days. Product was never shipped. Phone number for them was not easily published. So I called American Express and disputed the charge after month. I further tried to contact the company and found a number. I call Amex again and closed the charge back. They still had issues processing the order. Ended up cancelling the order completely.

Canada Shut Out.

Cannot order digital gift card from Canada yet it shows in Canadian dollars in the shopping cart. Website states that you can ship to Canada. Apparently not.

I’m very impressed with Figs customer service

I’m very impressed with Figs customer service. Yes, I was disappointed that I received just one of the two items I’d ordered. But I called right away and had the second item the very next day. They processed it immediately and overnighted it. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore.

I've orderd a top and a bottom (S), and bad return service

I've orderd a top and a bottom (S), scrub top is ridiculously small.. now I want to send the top back, but I have found out I only have to go to DHL to send it back and the only DHL it's not just for collection is over 25 kilometres drive from me, so guys think twice before ordering one
