The customer service is incredible. When I needed help, I feel that whole team of representetives were there for me. Emailing back and forth, searching my purchase records in order to find the right sizes, useful suggestions, very quick response, you name it... all of those made my shopping a very pleasant experience! Bought an expensive pair of Figs scrubs because I initially read the quality was awesome…. Well something had to have changed with the fabric. I wore my scrubs 2 times for 3 hours each and I already have piling on the rear lens. Ridiculous when I spend almost 100.00 for a pair of scrubs. Horrible quality and don’t waste your hard earned money!

I’ve bought custom scrubs and a couple of hoodies online, they turned out awesome. The thing I like about the hoodie is that it has an oversized hood so it’ll go over your whole head. Very quality items

I accidentally added the incorrect shipping address when placing my order and the customer service had my order completely updated the next morning at 5:30amPST. The support agent was extremely nice as well.

I purchased three scrubs for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, two of them didnt fit.. Was told i could only get store credit. Didnt want a store credit so i contacted the company. i worked with Ashley who was WONDERFUL. she helped me work thru this situation and i was able to return the pants for a full refund.

Worst delivery and customer service experience. Took more than 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive. When I opened it, one item was missing (the pants/trousers from a set). Obviously they did not say anything about it and I had to contact them via email and provide proof. After they checked they said the item was not in stock (even though when I placed the order the item was very much in stock). After some emails back and forth over a few weeks, I received a replacement with a cheaper item (pants/trousers) that does not even match the top that I ordered. And to top it up they refused to even refund the price difference (about $10). Reading all the reviews here, I cannot risk trying to return the items as I might lose all my money and the products. Quality of the products is questionable as well. AVOID!

I ordered a jacket from FIGS, and the overall experience, from ordering to the initial feel, was smooth. The fabric is soft and comfortable. However, I'm disappointed that the material is starting to fray after only two months of use. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality.

Badly made very disappointed the waistband and the cuffs on the ankles no elasticity the waistband drawstring very flimsy doesn't feel secure enough to tighten the drawstring into the waist very disappointed sent back for a refund and ended up buying from another company based in the UK whose uniforms are far superior and cheaper than this company's will not buy from them again. Wish I'd come on here and read the reviews before I purchased luckily I sent back and got a full refund but very badly made wouldn't buy from this company again.

Great marketing however their website describes the returns process as a fuss free process. However, first and foremost, your order ID will have to include the hash symbol. Otherwise, the system will not be able to find the order. First time we have to add symbols. Secondly, international returns will incur a outrageous fee. It is stated that they provide a prepaid label. This is so misleading as consumers will think that they will absorb the shipping fee. BUT TO MY HORROR, I was quoted the price of higher than 1 figs scrubs! Outrageous
