Received Figs top/pants for Christmas…

Received Figs top/pants for Christmas last year. Unfornately wrong size was ordered for top. Since it was an occassional color there was no size large left. Was told to exchange when the color was back in stock. Color in stock 11/23. Reached out to Figs to exchange unopened items for exchange, however was told 30 day exchange policy and therefore no exchange could be made. Was offered 20% discount on next purchase. Disappointed with this, last of Figs purchase.

Don’t waste your time ordering

Placed an order and after a few days had an email to say that my order was a little delayed due to their level of orders. A week after ordering I had an email to say I’d cancelled my order and they were refunding my order…. Obviously, I hadn’t cancelled it. Emailed customer services to see why my order was cancelled and she said it was a problem with my payment…. Then issued me a refund 🤦🏼‍♀️ really poor service, I expected much more! I’ve since ordered from another company who can actually process an order and not tell you lies! Don’t waste your time with figs! Utter rubbish

These are HORRIBLE

These are HORRIBLE! I ordered 3 different pairs and not a single one fits the same, and TWO of them ripped within 4 months of buying and their customer service won't replace. Even worse I sent an email complaining and they got nasty with me and threatened to never let me buy with them again which is RIDICULOUS. I assume they're racist or something if they're resulting to cutthroat tactics when it comes to anyone mentioning their poor quality.

This is a sad sad example of a company offering a plus size selection. I wear a 2x in EVERY brand of scrub I have ever had and decided to buy a new set and treat myself for the first time in TWO YEARS. After trying on my 2x FIGS, I never want to buy new scrubs again. The fact that they had up to a 6x was crazy to me but it’s only because the 2x is a large. I am completely appalled and I truly hope that anyone who wears bigger than a xs just doesn’t try this because your feelings will be hurt. No wonder they won’t sell this crap in stores. Inclusivity my ass.

I am dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received. I maintain a regular patronage of FIGS, consistently making purchases and have never initiated a return or exchange. During the most recent sale event, I placed an order for a set of scrubs. Subsequent to the order being dispatched, I was notified that the pants were unavailable due to stock depletion. This left me with an incomplete set, rendering it impractical to wear solely the top garment. Upon expressing my desire for a refund, I encountered difficulty in obtaining assistance. While I am cognizant of the policy disallowing refunds for sale items, it is important to emphasize that this situation was a result of an error on your part, not mine. The singular recourse provided to me was the option to exchange the item for a different color, which I was compelled to accept. Presently, I possess the top garment in the "cactus" color variant, yet lack the corresponding pants. I have diligently monitored the FIGS website and have noted occasional replenishment of the pants in stock. However, I have not received assistance in securing the sale price, a matter I consider reasonable given that the fault for this predicament lies with the company. I expect a fair resolution, ensuring that I am charged the sale price commensurate with my original purchase.

Not worth the hype!!

Expensive scrubs, not worth the hype. I bought a pair last year, decided to buy another this year. Their sizing has completely changed. The material isn’t the same and the fit is horrible. Took way too long to arrive too. Will it be recommending or purchasing again.

FRAUD COMPANY!

If I could give zero star I would. They basically charged my card, and never shipped the items. I was calling them for 2 weeks with no response. I even emailed and no one responded, besides their automated reply to expect a reply from an actual rep. Finally I reached a rep, who basically emailed me to say that the shipment was never made and they can refund me or ship another. No apology, and a poor response. Most other credible companies I have dealt with refund and give a store credit but FIGS is the worst! What a way to steal from the poor. Had I not persisted and followed up 15+ times, FIGS would have pocketed my money and go on to steal from other innocent people. What a fraud!!

Waste of money

I bought my first pair of scrubs from figs but it didn’t meet expectations. They are not wrinkle free and literaly the material attach everything on it when washed with any other clothes. The size is also not right trousers are too tight for the size. Absolute waste of money

Terrible customer services

The poor and non existent customer services let's this company down. I have emailed three times, tried calling which just goes to voicemail and in a desperate attempt to make contact, I hav3 also messaged on Instagram and have had zero response. I need a returns form for an item but their website says my items are still in transit even though I already have them so it just keeps coming up as "ineligible for returns on non dispatched items". Really helpful. Only have 30 days to sort the return and seems ill go over this. Never again.
