No response to my 5 emails asking for…
No response to my 5 emails asking for their help with trying to return items ordered . The print out returns label isn’t recognised by DHL and Figs have ignored every email I’ve sent despite stating that they will get back to you within 2 working days…. rubbish and rude . I’m owed over £250 . I will never ever order from them again and warn others the same

Appalling have an issue returning /exchanging scrubs and they are ignoring me. Similar to others having same issues. What the hell do I do with over £1000 of scrubs that need exchanging!? Even made a complaint ; no response!

i cant believe the low ratings for this company. its probably international customers, which has forseeable problems tbh. and the quality is honestly great! anways, this may be my 5th order, because i just love how it feels wearing it. the stretch and comfort it gives is incomparable to our uniform or own scrubs. my recent purchase was a fail however, DO NOT buy Final Items unless you're sure you'll keep it. and i also returned the shoes i ordered 574s black. just not feeling it. i have a regular 574s that i love but has some different materials used. I also want to shout out Molly from chat support for helping me so dearly!

FIGS are not for international customers
I bought a pair of Medium scrubs as per their size chart, but they are too big for me. When asked how their return policy works (which gives conflicting info on various pages) the customer support person (who I think is a bot) provided a link for returns but this seems to be dependent on you having to buy your replacement at the same time. I tried the link but it says items are not eligible for exchange. Customer service is vague and cannot clarify my queries. No reason given for not allowing returns for international customers. So beware if you buying form outside of US. I shall be reporting FIGS to the ACCC.
Don’t believe the hype
Don’t believe the hype. Purchased a scrub top ages ago but was prompted to write a review after ordering elsewhere and reviewing those scrubs. What I’d say is, overpriced, material bobbled after a couple of wears, grabs every single spec of dust or hair and if you’ve got a pair of bo0bs you can size up and have a top bigger everywhere other than the chest area. Great. Not impressed at all, wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t purchase again

I bought a hoodie which I was skeptical of it being real but went through certilogo everything checked out and I got the hoodie asap. All I can say is the pricing of delivery is bad considering I’m paying the price of that hoodie id expect free delivery
Fab scrubs from FIGS
I ordered some scrubs from FIGS, and when I received a bogus email from UPS and read some of the reviews. I was anxious that I had made a mistake. However, 7 days from my order I received my order. I have to say the quality is very good, the fabric is very wearable and they are true to size. Well done FIGS, I will be buying again 😀
Fantastic Customer Service - went above and beyond!
I ordered the first pair of FIGS Scribs for my partner as a suprise. The quality of the material, colour, and custom embroidery was exceptional. There was a small issue with the top however. I therefore got in touch with customer service and they dealt with the matter very empathetically and professionally. I would be hard pressed to find a comparison to the excellent level of customer service i received. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high end work garments with great customer service. 9/10 - only because the minor hiccup.
